Farmer Interest Form
Full name, phone number (required), state, local government area or community, main crop or product, preferred contact method, and contact consent. Email address is optional unless the farmer selects email as their preferred contact method. WhatsApp number and WhatsApp consent are collected only when WhatsApp is selected as the preferred contact method. Optional fields include farm name, cooperative name, estimated capacity, and preferred language.
Cooperative and Producer Group Form
Cooperative or organization name, registration status, contact person, official email address (required), phone number (required), state and local area, number of participating farmers, main products, approximate aggregate capacity, and contact consent. Optional fields include website, existing certifications, and registration number.
Buyer Interest Form
Organization name, contact person, work email (required), phone number (required), organization type, product or crop of interest, approximate quantity, unit, delivery location or market, required delivery period, and contact consent. Optional fields include preferred origin, quality or grade requirement, required certifications or documents, purchasing frequency, and organization website.
Contact Form
Enquiry category, full name, and contact consent are always collected. Email and phone requirements vary by enquiry type. For farmer enquiries, phone is required and email is optional. For buyer, partnership, and technology enquiries, both email and phone are required. For media enquiries, email and organization or publication are required. For privacy requests, email is required. For general enquiries, at least one contact channel (email or phone) is required.
Technical Logs
Our hosting provider may automatically collect technical information such as IP address, browser type, and access times.
4. Consent
We use separate consent controls depending on the form and the contact method selected.
- Contact consent (required): You agree that Agrech Solutions Ltd. may use the information submitted to respond to your enquiry. Without this consent, the form cannot be submitted.
